Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay accepted

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Confirmed orders will be processed and be shipped within 1-5 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday and major U.S. Holidays) via USPS with tracking and insurance. 

All domestic orders over $150 ship for free. We ship internationally.

Once an order has been delivered to the U.S. Post Office, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Radder is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if a package is missing. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All orders are FINAL. No returns accepted. The Radder is closing, so we cannot accept returns after purchase. 

If an item(s) is damaged during delivery, please report it to USPS within 48 hours of delivery. This is required in order to receive a refund from the carrier.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We will never sell nor share your information with any third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you purchase from our online store, we request address, email and credit card information to process and ship your order. Orders are process either through Shopify's SSL certified encryption or PayPal's secure systems.
